We'd only planned to stay one day, but Mr. Sumit's incredible hospitality convinced us to extend it to three. The hotel is perfectly central, and the food was so good we never felt a need to eat anywhere else. His warm service and useful local tips made the trip memorable. Highly recommend!

The guests' behavior made parts of my stay uncomfortable. I personally had several unpleasant and offensive encounters with some Israeli guests, and I hope the hotel will pay more attention to keeping the atmosphere respectful for everyone. The hotel itself was very clean, and I appreciated how kind, professional, and helpful the staff were. I believe the service is good. Thank you for considering my feedback.

There was no welcome, and we faced two very negative attitudes toward Arabs. The waitress serving the rooftop party was extremely rude and had no manners at all.

The view from my room was stunning, and the location made it easy to explore. I stayed at Hotel Mount Inn for three nights and loved it. The rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. They don't serve breakfast normally, but the breakfast we got on request was great. The staff also went out of their way to make everything smooth. Highly recommend ❤️

We had a lovely view of Gergeti Church and Mount Kazbegi, and the manager made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and great, and the rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.
