5 Star Apart Hotel

Irina was what made this stay special. From the first day of booking, she was kind and caring, offering suggestions and tips, and checking that we were comfortable. The room was spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping and a heater that kept us warm. We also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy and stress-free for us as vegetarians to prepare our own meals. The apartment felt comfortable and homely from the moment we arrived, and the location made exploring easy. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

I usually like trying different places when I travel, but this hotel was so comfortable and lovely that I stayed for my whole visit. Its setting is excellent, in a beautiful area with all the services you need, and Ms. Lrina and her team were especially kind and professional. The bathroom has a bidet spray, which may matter to some guests. A few things to know: there is no elevator, and my room had no safe, though the hotel and staff seemed trustworthy and the place felt secure. The shampoo didn't suit me, so management might want to reconsider the toiletries. Thanks a lot.

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights in February with my child. I wanted to share details because I read reviews carefully before booking, and some earlier ones were unclear. The location is on David Agmashenebeli Avenue in the historic part of Tblisi, with shops, restaurants, and pharmacies all along the street. It feels lively at different hours, with a police station across the road, bus and minibus stops just meters away, and a metro station about a five-minute walk. We could walk to many places, and it felt less touristy than the old town center across the river. Even though our room faced the main street, it wasn't noisy for us, probably thanks to the two sets of windows. The manager contacted me on WhatsApp as soon as I booked and invited me to ask questions. She checked our arrival time the day before and kindly upgraded us to a deluxe street-facing room on the first floor. I was also looking forward to a courtyard room, since those seem typical of old Tblisi apartments. It's a boutique-style place, without a grand entrance, but it was easy to recognize. The receptionist helped with our bag; there's no lift, as is common in historic towns. Our room was spotless and very spacious, with a bed larger than king size, a dining table, an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, kitchenette, and a large wardrobe with both shelves and hangers. In the wardrobe were a safe, shoehorn, prayer mat, slippers, and signs for do not disturb or room cleaning. The bathroom was clean and came with towels, a bathrobe, toothbrush and toothpaste, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a bidet spray next to the toilet. The kitchenette had cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, a cutting board, pot, water boiler, two-burner induction hob, mini fridge, dish soap, and a sponge. There were a few coffee and sugar sachets, but bring your own if you'll need more, or if, like me, you prefer tea. I didn't ask for cleaning, so I can't comment on that. We got two 500 ml bottles of water on arrival, and I didn't request more because I drink tap water. Reception staff did ask when I was going out whether I needed water or cleaning, but they never disturbed us in the room while I had the do not disturb sign up. Smoking isn't allowed in the room, so there was no lingering cigarette smell. Winter comfort can be a concern, but the room was well heated. There's a split AC unit, which I didn't use, and hot water worked in both the shower and kitchen sink. The bathroom also has an exhaust fan. There is another door between the exterior room door and the room itself; we kept it shut and didn't hear noise from elsewhere in the hotel. I hope these details help others make a decision.
