Just a two-minute walk from the Sulphur baths, this roomy, comfortable apartment is in the old city. Great spot.

The apartment is nicely done, and the kitchenette is well put together. It’s very clean, accessible, and close to Tbilisi’s old town, with friendly hosts too. There is a slope, so it may not suit people with walking difficulties, but it’s great for adventurous young people.

The caretaker was excellent and went out of their way to help. We arrived at 6 in the morning and could get a room to sleep in, which really saved our first day. The location is excellent, and the room is cozy with all the basic amenities.

Nick and his wife Maia were very helpful, including arranging transport with Tamaz for our whole stay in Georgia. The room was beautiful, had great amenities, and was well located in the heart of Old town Tbilisi, just steps from the Botanical gardens and most other major tourist sites.
