Boutique hotel Address

We only planned to stay here briefly while waiting for an early morning flight, but the hotel turned out much nicer, cleaner, and more central than I expected. The cleanliness especially stood out, and it was great value for money. Given more time, I'd definitely choose to stay here longer in Tbilisi.

Lucas and the woman in the breakfast area were especially lovely with my son. Their kindness, along with the welcoming staff in general, made traveling with our two very young kids easier. The hotel felt pleasant and was clean during our three-night stay at Address Boutique Hotel Tbilisi. The beds were uncomfortable enough to affect our sleep, and there wasn’t even tissue paper in the room, which we really missed with small children. Better beds and a few basic supplies would make the stay much easier for families.

Bandares really made the stay feel personal. They were friendly, attentive to details, and went out of their way to help everything go smoothly. From check-in onward, the welcome and service were professional and warm. Address Boutique was stylish and comfortable, and everything was well kept. The room and amenities were great too. I had a memorable stay and would happily come back or recommend it.

The window looked straight at a blank brick wall and black pipes, which made the room feel closed in. It also seemed neglected and dirty: the armchair was grimy, the walls and furniture had visible stains and scuffs, and the bed linen didn’t feel fresh. The sheet setup was uncomfortable, with two short sheets placed side by side instead of one that fit the bed, leaving a seam down the middle. Even the towels were old, stained, and worn. I can’t recommend this place. Absolutely awful.
