DKD-Bridge Hotel

The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the room was awful. There were dead bugs, hair, and dust everywhere, and it didn’t seem to have been cleaned. We expected a clean room when we arrived. Our socks went black after just a few minutes on the floor. When I dropped an earring, I found a greasy, dirty floor and used napkins shoved under the bed. I didn’t know about the key arrangement for cleaning, so that part was on me, sorry. But our friends said their room barely looked any different after it was cleaned, apart from the wet floor.

The staff at DKD Bridge hotel were wonderful after our trip. They found the wallet my son had accidentally left in one of the rooms and went out of their way to get it back to us. Really decent people. We stayed from 29.7.25 to 2.8.25, and the hotel worked perfectly as a base between the mountains and the city centre. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated when it reached 37°C.

The AC worked and the staff were friendly, but there were bugs all over and the rooms still felt dirty after cleaning. Food choices were very limited. Our room didn’t even have a trash bin, table, or fridge, and the window was cracked. Since the rooms are right above the road, you hear every car go by. There are much better options at this price.

We stayed for seven days and they cleaned only once. I think most of my group got stomach problems from the food.
