The rooms are basic but spacious, breakfast is quite minimal and Georgian style, and there’s no lift. At night, music and the busy road can get too noisy, so bring earplugs. Still, it’s a quaint hotel with lovely Frida Kalo styling, right by the wonderful Peace Bridge and a great street of restaurants. They also arranged an amazing private tour to Kazbegi for us, and driver David was amazing.

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and everything was super clean. We loved wandering the back streets, with their great cafes and places to spend the night. The location is fantastic, right across from Freedom Bridge, with a bus stop at the door, supermarkets nearby and Freedom Square about a 10-minute walk away. The toiletries could be better, but the service was worth far more than we paid. Highly recommended!

It’s a good, inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. They lent us an umbrella and told us about Tbilisi and its culture. The rooms are clean and large, with views of the Bridge of Peace and Kura River. The location is excellent, close to almost everything, and there’s a bus stop right outside. Breakfast is served, though it could be better.

We stayed for 8 nights and would happily come back. It felt cosy, clean and homely, with a great location near the Peace Bridge, restaurants, Old Tbilisi and Liberty Square. The owner and staff were all lovely, friendly and kind, and breakfast was great each morning. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome.

We’ve stayed here four times now, and we’ll definitely return. The price is good, the staff are friendly, the location is wonderful, and breakfast is good. It’s right in the centre of old Tbilisi, with the Bridge of Peace just outside and banks and cafes a minute away. Paid parking is in front of the entrance. Our family room worked for four, and they gave us a baby’s bad.
