The room was clean, and the lobby felt really cozy. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including porridge, cheese, sausages, vegetables, and omelets. The hotel is near Old Tbilisi with mountains all around. One thing to know: there isn't a hairdryer in the room. Ask at reception or call zero, and they'll bring one up.

We had a very nice family stay at the 4* Tbilisi Hotel and would definitely come back. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the location made it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A great place for a family vacation.

It's a quiet hotel with a boutique feel, fine for a one or two day stay. The rooms are okay, though they took a long time to warm up and the toilet was really cold. I'd call it okay, but not a four-star hotel. The receptionist, whose name might have been rika or lika, I can't remember exactly, really tried to help us and even replaced the TV. Thank you to her. For Muslims, there's a Shataf in the toilet.

The service here was the worst I've experienced in my life. The breakfast tasted rotten and seemed to be the same spread left out for weeks. I also felt the housekeeping and administration staff worked together to trap guests: at checkout, they'd create problems to claim money from you. Be careful. I consider this one of the most unsafe hotels in Tbilisi. If you're travelling on a Holiday factory package tour, I think you're in for the worst experience of your life.

It's a good value option in Tbilisi, with a quiet break from the city's bustle, though it's far from the centre. There's a Spar supermarket nearby, and further downhill you'll find a Carrefour market and plenty of restaurants.
