Hotel West

A quiet place, and getting to the center by taxi is easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, and convenient parking. Great value for the money, and I'd definitely stay again.

Clean, and the breakfast is okay, though there aren't many choices. It's a P/P hotel, so keep that in mind. It's not in the center, almost half an hour away, but it could suit you if you have business in this area. Avoid rooms on the 5th floor during windy season. The wind whistling through the windows and roof is very loud. Otherwise, it's not a bad choice for the money.

The reception team made me feel welcome, and the hotel was clean and well run. My room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast was decent, though I would have liked a few more choices. I had a pleasant visit and would recommend it for the friendly service and good facilities.

I couldn't complete my trip because border authorities made an error and I wasn't allowed to leave the country. This was entirely outside my control, and I contacted the hotel right away to explain what had happened in detail. The property still refused any flexibility, even a partial refund. I found that especially disappointing given the exceptional circumstances. Many hotels in international hospitality try to understand and accommodate guests facing genuine force majeure situations. I also tried to post about this on Booking.com, but the review was removed because the reservation was recorded as a non-stayed booking.
