The place is old, not well kept, and has an unpleasant smell. I'm glad I didn't book another night. Tiku was polite and helpful when she handled my late night reservation, and she kindly agreed when I asked about leaving my luggage while I planned to check in again at 2:00 PM. But the owner was a very different experience. At exactly 12:00 noon, she knocked to remind me checkout was at 12:00. I said politely that I needed just a few minutes, less than 10mins, to finish packing, and she shouted โcheckout is 12:00!โ in a rude, inconsiderate tone. I tried to stay calm, but it was unpleasant. There was clearly a mix up between the owner and Tiku. When I mentioned our luggage arrangement to the elderly owner, she rudely refused and told me to take my things and leave because she needed to go somewhere. That was very disappointing, especially as the Agoda listing says luggage storage is available. Tiku deserves credit for being helpful, but the owner's rude, unprofessional behavior ruined the experience.

The neighborhood is nice, with restaurants and cafรฉs an easy walk from the room. The room was a reasonable size and had what I needed, and the staff were nice in a very hospitable atmosphere. The bathroom has a water hose beside the toilet for washing. See the pictures below for reference. This is a great place to stay in Tbilisi, highly recommended.

We had a great stay in the Airbnb flat. It was really well equipped, and even had a bidet sprayer in the toilet ๐๐ป
