Trip.com couldn't resolve the problem either, and I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. I booked through Trip.com and the room was freezing because the heating wasn't enough. I got sick after one night, and hot water only came after I called the staff. That was completely unacceptable. The staff offered no real help, and even though a refund was promised at first, the manager kept delaying and then refused to process it. The problem came from the hotel's poor facilities, not from me as a guest.

The atmosphere was peaceful during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had a very pleasant time here and would highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The towels were old, torn, and unusable, and breakfast wasn't fresh and tasted bad. My room was uncomfortable, and with the hot weather the broken air conditioner was a real problem. Nobody answered my request to have it fixed. There was little attention to guest comfort, and the service was poor. A bad stay from beginning to end. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The mini fridge was noisy, and the AC took literally 24 hours to reach the temperature. It also made loud, annoying beeps. There was too much road noise, and the location was far from important areas. Room service was terrible: they only swept the bathroom floor.

George and George, the two people covering the front desk shifts, took warm and attentive care of us. The hotel is spacious and well maintained, and it would suit groups well and cost less. The drawback is the distance from the old town and maidan, where most things are happening. You have to take a taxi both ways, so you miss the chance to simply walk to the hotspot. That distance wasn't a problem for me in itself.
