We called late at night and the whole check-in was easy. They came over, took payment, and handed us the keys. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable enough, and the place is close to the city center. Sitting outside was cozy, too. I'd recommend it for an affordable, easy stay in Telavi.

We were given a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The hosts were a very friendly couple in their 50s and had great suggestions for seeing Telavi and the surrounding area. The garden was lovely, and the quiet neighborhood is still within walking distance of the city center. Everything was clean, and we could use the kitchen. A great stay.

I couldn't find anyone to pay or ask basic questions the next day, and only got a text late that evening asking for payment and when I was leaving. A cleaner eventually took the money the following day. When I arrived around 4 p.m., nobody was there. I called, and the owner told me to check whether my room was open and see if it had toilet paper, saying she was busy that day. 🙃 The rooms were dark and uncomfortable. I saw almost all of them while trying to find mine. The bathroom had an odd smell, and the liquid soap, which was watered down, smelled horrible too. They advertised fast internet, but it wasn't true. I had trouble several times during my Zoom meetings. The only thing I managed was to boil water and make coffee and tea, which I'd brought myself. The area is inconvenient, the roads are horrible, and if you have your own car, be careful. It was the worst experience.
