This was the worst experience of my life. The place was filthy, and the host was incredibly loud under our apartment during the night. The beds and sheets were uncomfortable. I had to go to a grocery store to buy cleaning supplies and clean the kitchen, bathroom, and floor myself. The fridge was full of mold. Every single early morning, some animal, I guess, made a huge noise in the attic.

That balcony view and the central location were the only real highlights for me. The apartment is spacious, too. But it was badly cleaned: there was rubbish in the bin, mold in the coffee pot, and the dishes and floors hadn't been washed properly. Both toilet cisterns were broken, so I had to fix them myself, and the plumbing smelled strongly of sewage. Getting there was difficult because the access road was in awful shape and the GPS directions were completely confusing at first. The owners didn't get in touch the day before checkout, so I left the payment with the key on the TV stand. I can't recommend it.

The hostess was caring and easy to reach, and the house itself is in a quiet area. We had four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen, with space for eight people. From the window there's a stunning view over the Alazani Valley. The market, shops, currency exchange offices, and local attractions are all within walking distance. A great place to stay, highly recommended.
