Lopota Lake Resort and Spa Hotel

The transfer service was convenient and smooth, and our luggage was taken care of without any hassle. The porters and transfer staff were cheerful, friendly, and very polite. The staff throughout were respectful, professional, and extremely helpful. We stayed here two days ago and had an amazing time. The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Earlier today, we were looking for somewhere to have lunch in the area and came across your resort. We stopped to ask about wine tasting and lunch. Security tried to check with reception, but reception insisted we couldn't enter before 3 PM, even though it was only 2 PM. That was extremely disappointing. We didn't have a reservation, but our luggage was in Telavi and we fully intended to book on the spot. We were ready to dine, use the facilities, and possibly become repeat visitors, but were turned away because of a rigid, unnecessary restriction. A more welcoming, flexible response could have made us new customers. You lost people who were prepared to spend money, enjoy the resort, and recommend it to others. This experience reflects poorly on your hospitality standards.

I'm still pinching myself over the breathtaking beauty of Lopota Resort. The lake, mountains, and natural surroundings felt like paradise. It was a truly luxurious escape, and I can confidently say it's the best resort in the world. The place was immaculate, with excellent cleanliness and top-notch amenities, and there was a huge range of activities. Natlia was especially warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she kept asking what we needed, shared insider tips on Georgia, and made sure our stay was unforgettable. If you want a slice of heaven, Lopota Resort is the destination. 10 stars out of 5!

It's a beautiful place that feels like a different world, and the infrastructure is up to international standards. Reception staff were welcoming, polite, and knew how to deal with people. At all the paid restaurants except Old Bar, staff were cheerful and welcoming, and most spoke English. The indoor pool was nice and climate controlled. A few activities were included for free, which was nice. We enjoyed the pedal boat 🚢 The dining hall staff seemed angry about everything, always walking around frowning. Breakfast was exactly the same on both days we stayed, and the cakes were old and hard. Is that what a 5-star breakfast is supposed to be? When I asked room delivery for coffee capsules, the woman who brought them was very unpleasant. At the activity area, the buggy staff refused to take cash, specifically Georgian currency lari. We had to call our local guide, who spoke to them on the phone. Then I had to pay at reception and go back for the ride. The experience itself was honestly good.
