Villa Kass Diamond Resort

We spent three nights there and had a great time, including walks in nature and meals at restaurants in Tsalka town. Just bring a few snacks and some fruit if you can, since there aren’t many places to eat nearby and it’s better not to count on finding something whenever you’re hungry. Our two-floor villa was set up nicely, with everything ready before we arrived, including extra towels for the additional guest. The views were lovely, and the desk gave us helpful recommendations and assistance. The spa manager was wonderful, making sure we were comfortable and paying attention to every little detail. The heated pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were all in great condition. We really loved the experience at Kass Land Diamond resort and would recommend it.

The walk to breakfast was the uncomfortable part of the stay. You have to leave the building and head to the restaurant, and the path was snowy and muddy. That could be a real hassle for families with children. There’s still construction going on, so hopefully this gets sorted out soon. Inside, the hotel is very nice, with a luxurious atmosphere for its relatively low price.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the prices are affordable. I also liked the pool and saunas. Breakfast means heading outside to the restaurant. The outdoor area feels disorganized, and the internal roads hadn’t been cleared of snow.

The service was bad, with poor coordination and staff who didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. The rooms are only mid-tier, nowhere near what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. As for the location, it’ll get five stars once the resort is demolished.
