The location and views are good, and the hotel looks nice, but there are a lot of technical problems and the service doesn’t match the price. Our room smelled damp and of sewage, and water collecting in the bathroom made us uncomfortable. The restaurant was missing many dishes listed on the menu. They don’t have a sauna or jacuzzi. When we messaged, they said one was being built and would be ready before we arrived, but they never told us they wouldn’t manage it. Check all the details before booking, so you don’t end up disappointed.

The tour with David really brought the resort’s history and details to life, and made me love the place even more. It has such a peaceful, almost fairy-tale feel. The rooms are elegant and full of character, and the restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast stood out too, fresh and carefully put together, nothing like the usual hotel buffet. A stay I won't forget. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The view is fabulous, the food was delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive. Thanks to every one of them 💚 The standard double room, though, was terrible. It’s under the pool and very damp. The whole room smelled bad, and it was impossible to sleep there. 😖

Our best experience this summer ❤️. The resort is brand new, with a huge area, tasty food, and really friendly, attentive staff 🥰 For a cold or rainy stay, a heated pool and a games room with things like billiards or board games would make it even better.
