The food is all fresh, homegrown, and homemade, and the daughter speaks English, though the others don't. The dog barks at every stranger but is friendly. It's quite an experience to walk off the property and find yourself among a herd of cows, which you don't get to do much these days. This is simple accommodation in a small desert town, with a front yard where you can park behind a gate.

We had an amazing time in Georgia, with delicious food and wonderfully hospitable hosts. It's a local farm with just about everything you can imagine. If you're after luxury, this isn't for you. But for authentic, friendly people, great food, and memories for life, it's a place you shouldn't miss.

You'll meet genuine Georgian people and experience their hospitality here, along with farm animals and food that's truly fresh from the farm. The apartments aren't luxurious, but the food was the best culinary experience we had during our stay in Georgia. It's a great destination for travelling through the country and getting a true Georgian country experience.

We arrived on a cold, windy day and were soon warmed up by a welcoming smile. Our short walk around the area came with cows, pigs, and dogs for company. They followed us all the way to the local shop, where we treated them to a sausage. After shopping, we got a little treat too, a small bottle of chacha, in keeping with Georgian tradition. Back at the house, dinner was waiting. We’d meant to take another walk, but the food, the table, and the hosts’ company kept us right where we were. There were so many dishes, every one delicious, and the fantastic cha-cha was strong enough to deserve another “cha.” The people and the whole atmosphere made it a night we’ll remember forever.
