The pool was closed during our stay and only opened on the day we were leaving, with freezing water in it. The kids' area also looked nothing like the booking photos, so we went to the hotel next door instead. The TV in our second room didn't work either, which meant no entertainment for my child. We had to move rooms after three days because the bathroom shower fell on my two-year-old's head, and after that he wouldn't go back in there. The air conditioner faced the bed, and both of us caught colds. The hotel is dated and needs renovation; it doesn't match the pictures on Booking.com. We left two days early and had already paid, but nobody refunded us. Never again. People, don't stay here!

It's an okay place, just feels a little dull. The rooms seem to be cleaned with something that has a really strong smell. Apart from that, it's decent and I'd recommend it.

The restaurant was a real highlight for us. It was the first time we had a delicious meal in Ureki, and the trout was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Shorena, the administrator, was always polite and ready to help. Anna, the hostess, gave us such a warm welcome. We'd come from another hotel, and this place met all our expectations. Our suite was cozy and clean, the bedding felt fresh, and the shower was great. The sea is only a three-minute walk away.

We ended up extending our stay because the hosts were so welcoming and responsive. We were there with a big group, my friend, my husband, and our children, and had only planned on a few days. The grounds were lovely, with greenery, a terrace full of flowers, a big fountain in the middle, and a gazebo. The food was delicious, and the hosts treated us to natural Georgian wine that was sooo ...
