Guest House Rimma

This was a huge disappointment. We messaged the owner a couple of hours before arriving to say we were on our way, and she replied, “Okay.” We had booked a four-person room with a double bed and bunk beds for two grandmothers and their granddaughters. Eventually the owner came out onto the porch and told us the room was occupied. She offered an apartment on the sixth floor of a twelve-story building, so, tired from the trip, we went to look. The elevator wasn't paid for. Inside, the furniture was very old and ugly, with a double bed and an awful sofa, and the place smelled terribly musty. We turned it down and had to search urgently for another room. If the booked room is occupied, please tell guests right away instead of wasting their time.

The hostess was wonderful and ready to help with any questions, any time. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy, and there’s a shared kitchen stocked with utensils. A very nice guesthouse. I recommend it for a holiday in Ureki.

Thank you, Rimma Can, for your hospitality. It’s a wonderful place to stay, with good service. I recommend it and will definitely come back to this magical place!

The room was clean, and the hostess was very friendly. Towels, soap, and shampoo were supplied. Great value for the price.
