Hotel Exotica

I stayed for two weeks and had a really good experience. The hotel is pretty, very clean, and has a wonderfully kind host. The pool was spotless, and it’s a great place for kids. I only took photos of the garden, its table soccer, and the pool 😅 There was a good choice of dishes, so you could pick what you liked, and the food was pretty good. In Ureki, it’s hard to find anything decent to eat because the restaurants are horrible. The food here was a little oily for me, and I don’t like mayonnaise, which was in nearly every salad.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help. Mrs. Inga kept in touch about when I’d arrive, and someone met me at the station after my trip from Tbilisi and took me to the hotel. On my last day, my train left before breakfast, so I asked Ms. Inga if I could at least have morning tea. To my surprise, they brought out a lovely breakfast with lots of dishes, then took me back to the station. If I return to Ureki, I’ll stay at Exotica Hotel again. I had a great stay at Exotica Hotel in August 2021. It’s a small, cozy place with green plants, a swimming pool, and a beach just a one-minute walk away, not far from the center of Ureki. The rooms are spacious and have balconies and bathrooms, plus a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a safe. They’re cleaned every two days. Guests get a beach towel and can borrow an umbrella and sun lounger for free before going to the beach. There’s a poolside area for relaxing, and the pool has a shallow section for children and a deeper one for adults. It’s cleaned regularly. You can book full board or just breakfast, like I did. The buffet had a good variety, with different dishes each day, and the food was very tasty. If I’d gone for full board every day, I’d have come home with lots of extra pounds!

I’ve just been back for my second visit and wanted to share how much I enjoyed it. It’s a great family hotel, with comfortable air-conditioned rooms, amazing food, and the beach right nearby. I’ll definitely come again.
