The location was great, and everything was very clean and comfortable. It had been newly redone, and the food was delicious with warm service. Definitely the best place in Ureki. I'd highly recommend it.

We were on our way when the owner canceled our reservation. She messaged to ask when we would arrive, then, an hour later, checked another person in.

It felt old and hadn't been newly renovated. The rusty air conditioner gave me an electric shock. Way too expensive for just a room with a bath and nothing else.

We booked through Booking.com and said we weren't sure exactly when we'd arrive. Check-in was at 12, and we got there at 3, only to be told by the receptionist that she'd given our room away. She'd sent a message on Booking.com half an hour before check-in, but we were traveling and didn't respond. She assumed we'd canceled and handed the room to someone else. Think twice before booking here, since you might end up having to find another place on arrival. There's a restaurant downstairs and it's quite noisy, though luckily we didn't end up staying there.
