Twin Cottages

That was a terrible experience. I booked through Booking.com and arrived with my child, only to be put in what felt like a barn. It was hot outside, and there we were, me and my child with our suitcases, in tears and all upset. The owner herself made me cry, saying I hadn’t included my two-year-old in the reservation. The place was dirty and had no amenities, so I couldn’t stay. A neighbor, simply out of kindness, helped us find a room at a free hotel, since we were there in the middle of the season.

We slept like babies in this pleasant, quiet place, even though the main street gets really awful at night during the season. The hosts were pleasant too. The air conditioning wasn’t quite good enough for sleeping, but it didn’t ruin the experience.

These two-story cottages are near the sea, and they’re very cozy, clean, and comfortable. There’s a kitchen, fridge, shower, air conditioning, and a private courtyard with tables. The hostess was friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

The amenities are modest, but it’s fine for a few days. At night the frogs can be noisy. Also, the shower floods the whole bathroom, which is a very poorly thought-out setup.
