The cottages are right in the center of Ureki, with restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The magnetic black-sand beach is a four-minute walk away. From the village, it's easy to get to Dendrological Park, Tsitsinatela Amusement Park, Georgian Miniature Park, and Musicians' Park. You can travel to the village by train or car from Batumi or Tbilisi. From Batumi, minibus #55 leaves from the cable car at 1 Baku Street. The property is green and well kept, enclosed by a gate and fitted with video surveillance. There's parking, and the owner can arrange a transfer. Guests also have a gazebo, swings for adults and kids, a playground with a sandbox and toys, and a shower for rinsing off after swimming. Each separate duplex cottage sleeps two to seven people and has one or two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, one or two bathrooms, a private terrace, and a balcony. The cottages have a fridge, TV, washing machine, gas stove, range hood, satellite TV, internet, a full set of kitchen utensils, a barbecue, and comfortable upholstered furniture.
