Hotel Koshki

I accidentally left my ring in the room, and when my friend came by a few days later, the hotel had kept it safe for me. I really appreciated their honesty and care. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and both the service and rooms were excellent. Highly recommended!

We had the very spacious family room with two bedrooms, one double bed and three singles. The staff were welcoming, the value was good, and nearby facilities made the location convenient. A real plus was that the heating stayed on even in the daytime. There was a wood factory directly across the street, though, and it made disturbing noise whenever it was operating, all day long. The mattresses were awful and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was tiny, with no separate shower area, so shower water got everywhere, from the toilet seat and sink to the floor. During our three-night stay there was no room service: no fresh towels, bed finishing, cleaning, or garbage collection. The doors were very cheap and low quality, and we could hear people passing and talking all the time.

The receptionist was very kind and attentive even though we arrived late. We had plenty of room in a three-person bedroom for two, and the room and bathroom were clean. The place doesn't look fancy outside, but inside it's nicely decorated. There wasn't breakfast available during our stay, and Google Maps showed the hotel across the road, so it took us a few minutes to find it. All in all, we had a good experience and can recommend it.

We could easily walk into downtown from this well-located hotel. The room, restroom, and bed were nice and clean, and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and she helped us a lot. We stayed here on our last night in Georgia before driving to Tbilisi airport the next day. A happy last night before heading home to Thailand. Love from Thai travellers! :) (5 June 2023)
