The views are fantastic, and the interior and terrace are nice too. But the service and food quality were really poor when I ate there, and it wasn't close to acceptable for a restaurant like this. Maybe I caught them at an unlucky time. The staff seemed like good people, but they were quite new and untrained, which affected the service.

Right in the heart of Zugdidi, this hotel has what a tired traveler needs. The rooms are out of this world, and the atmosphere stays understated throughout. It's simply awesome, beyond words.

The bed was good and the room was fine, but this doesn't meet a five-star standard, which is why I gave it three stars. At three-star level, they're doing well. The breakfast is pretty basic, the hotel signs are wrong, and staff don't explain where things are. Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, and the cafe didn't have what was advertised.

Breakfast was great, still probably the best in town. On my first two nights, the room was clean. When I returned later for another night, the bed was clean, but the floor hadn't been vacuumed. I had to wipe the toilet seat and pick hairs off the shower floor myself. There was even a fresh toenail clipping, as shown in the picture. Maybe they'll use the vacuum in the future.

Everything is within walking distance, so the location is great. I stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was ordinary, nothing special for a five-star hotel. Soundproofing is poor, and you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms. Breakfast was cold and not good.
