The restaurant waitress was so sweet, though I didn't catch her name. The bar men were incredible too, making inspired cocktails. Loana really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I appreciated the late checkout so much, thank you.

The restaurants were awful, and the bar was a joke. The hotel is old, and the staff wouldn't make any effort to help. I can't name a single good thing about it. Just avoid this bad hotel, maybe the new ibis downtown is a better choice.

The biggest downside was how expensive it was, though everywhere in the country seemed overpriced. It was a really comfortable, nice place, but far from the bus routes and not close to much of interest, so I docked it points.

My room was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's a good hotel. The only English-language TV option was CNN. I think they should add at least one US movie channel and a network like NBC.

I visited Royal amazonia in cayenne, French Guiana, Latin America, in February 2017 and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner available. It's a very good place, and you can enjoy the green park, swimming and other things if you want.
