The room itself was bright, modern, and nice, and I really liked the Osu location. But the cleaning and service let it down. We found lots of dark hair on the bedroom and bathroom floors when we arrived, plus mold around the bathtub. They swept the floors after we mentioned it, but didn’t apologize. Staff often struggled to understand what we were asking and took a long time to respond. Breakfast was okay, though it ended at 9, which felt too early. We stayed three nights.

We liked the quiet spot in Osu, with cafes close by and Oxford St about a 20 minute walk away. For expensive Accra, it’s good value. There was mold on the silicone around the bathtub and shower, which management should deal with. We also had water problems; staff eventually fixed them, though it could take a while. The manager gave us a partial refund for the hassle, so that was okay.

It’s clean, in a nice part of Osu, and the price feels fair for the comfort. Just watch out if you don’t want to pay in US dollars. Their exchange rate is far from realistic, and they ask for more than the amount shown on their own website.

The Deluxe Room bed was bad, and the service left me disappointed despite the strong reviews. The receptionist reminded me twice to check out 30 minutes before checkout time. There’s no restaurant or snack center, and the receptionist said they wouldn’t offer or sell water unless it was an emergency or midnight. At this price, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The breakfast is huge, more like brunch in many places, and the staff are lovely. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, too. It’s well placed near Oxford Street. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Accra!
