Best One Hotel

The rooms were neat, and the hotel is a cute, peaceful budget option in a prime spot like E.L. Still, the customer service was a letdown. Staff kept knocking and saying, “Madam, I am coming for MY money!” whether I was asleep, in the bathroom, or just getting back. I thought the first night was paid upfront and the rest at checkout, so that was frustrating. I also had to take my breakfast tray down each morning I ate there. Breakfast came close to 8, but my work in Accra had me leaving before 6:30. The ad listed laundry and Wi-Fi, but neither was available. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

They add 100 GHS if you arrive before noon, so you need to allow for that in your budget. I found the extra charge hidden, and would avoid this hotel altogether.

There’s security on site around the clock, and the place is fairly close to AnC Mall. Small roadside shops are nearby too. The accommodation itself is basic, with no restaurant on site, and I wouldn’t expect much in the way of service.

For what we paid, our stays here were pleasant overall.
