I wasn't sure about the place at first, but the rooms looked alright and were clean. The hotel staff gave great service. The standard room bathroom wasn't my favorite, though, and the shower had no pressure. Restaurant service was the worst part. It took more than an hour to get fried plantains.

The conference room worked well for conferencing, and the staff were welcoming. The ambience is beautiful, and I had an amazing experience. There are beautiful artifacts at Coconut Grove Regency Hotel.

The breakfast crew kept the coffee hot and fruit fresh, and brought out scrambled eggs with a smile. The serving staff were just as friendly, kept our drinks full, and had such positive energy. The food was outstanding, especially the flavorful tapalia and Coconut Grove chicken. Paa Kwesi welcomed us with a fresh coconut and was kind and attentive throughout, going above and beyond every day. We also appreciated the free airport pickup and drop-off, which made things easy. Our stay at Coconut Grove, Accra was incredible, and the whole staff made it feel like home. We'd happily recommend it for the comfort, food, and wonderful people.
