The rooms are nice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Still, I’d never recommend staying here. The internet barely works, and electricity isn’t part of the price, so we had to buy a prepaid card to use it. If you pay cash and book ahead, they won’t let you leave after seeing the place, and there are no refunds. The street outside feels like a war zone, with crumbling buildings on both sides and people and children constantly begging. Someone is always posted at the door to keep out anyone who isn’t staying there. That alone says a lot about their concern over what’s outside. If you’re hoping to go out or relax, don’t stay here.
