We were a family of 4 and had an airport pickup. Our plane landed late and the luggage took forever, but the hotel staff waited for us. The suites were nice, and the air-conditioning worked well. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to make your stay good. Food prices are dear, though, but what can you say? The portions are very large, so be careful when ordering for kids. Peace ✌🏾

There’s plenty of parking, plus a bar and a really nice pool on the grounds. Earl Heights felt like a comfortable spot for a holiday or other occasion. I visited and loved the view and the experience, and the hotel offers five-star services.

The room had a separate sitting area, the WiFi was fast, and room service kept it clean. Breakfast was nicely made, and I especially enjoyed the croissant. The hotel is surprisingly affordable for what I got. From the start, the staff made settling in easy. Before I arrived, Samuel at the front desk had messaged me with a discounted rate. When my Nigerian ATM card wouldn’t work and I had no cash for the cab, the kind front desk lady lent me 25 Ghana Cedis and checked on me so I wouldn’t be stranded. Eric and Ishmael were warm and helped me get settled without charging me. The next morning, Zetu helped me order an Uber and encouraged me to have breakfast. When I didn’t make it back until later, she still checked that I was okay and asked about me the following morning. I’m in Accra and will stay here again.
