The location was lovely, but there wasn’t anywhere for a guest to iron clothes. I was told the laundry person had closed, so my dress couldn’t be pressed. The TV remote barely worked and took ages to change channels. Then I found a bed bug in the room. Silver or Sylvia, however they call it, I checked out that very night!

The suite was spacious, with a kitchen, good WiFi, and a good air conditioner. The location is great and the service was fairly nice, but the bed was awful and the mattress springs hurt my back. A loud noise from the kitchen went on all night and kept affecting my sleep. The stove ran out of gas, and the hotel chose to fix things that weren’t working while we were still in the room. Breakfast was basic, the same eggs, bread, and tea every day. We paid to stay for 10 days, but the service didn’t match the amount of money. For the price and location, I’d recommend paying to stay somewhere else in the area. There are plenty of options at the same price or lower, and I don’t plan to stay here again.

A cool, lovely place to hang out. The rooms are nice and the ACs work. Service is excellent too. 🤙💕

The area and location were great, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were courteous whenever I dealt with them. I’d have given five stars, but my room floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and the breakfast menu was unchanged over two mornings.
