The receptionist was really friendly, and security is very good. There's a standby generator for power cuts, and the amount paid includes water and electricity. Each floor has a kitchen with six cabinets, but you have to bring your own cooking equipment. Located on Dansoman Main Street, faculty apartments offers good value for money if you're looking for an affordable place to stay. There are different options, from hostel rooms to guest house rooms and apartments. Hostel rooms have double beds for two occupants.

The facilities are nice, especially for students, but the management is poor. The manager doesn't know how to speak to tenants and is always picking fights, acting like he's always right. The prepaid power goes off, and he doesn't seem bothered. I wouldn't recommend this even to my enemy.

There's loud music and noise all the time because the hostel is by the roadside with pubs nearby. The manager is extremely rude, petty, childish, and always picking unnecessary fights with tenants. I'd rate my experience 1/10.

The rooms are nice, but the manager was very rude and treated students with real disdain. Someone being paid from a customer's licence fee shouldn't behave that way. I wouldn't recommend it to students. Please look elsewhere.

The rooms are pretty basic, and I was upset to learn the manager had let the cleaner take my key to supposedly clean my room without asking me. The room wasn't cleaned, and whenever I came back, something seemed to be missing from my fridge. The manager was rude and petty, too.
