Ibis Styles Accra Airport

The few days I spent at Ibis hotel were really difficult, and the kindness from the staff meant so much. My trip to Ghana had flight delays and long detours, and when I arrived, my luggage was missing. I needed a change of clothes and emergency supplies while I waited for it. Since I’m unfamiliar with the area and a complete foreigner, I asked Grace at the front desk for help. He gladly escorted me to the nearby mall and back. I also made several trips to the airport to check on my luggage, and they kindly called the shuttle each time. I only had data through an e-sim, so the shuttle driver gave me his own WhatsApp number in case I needed to contact him. I can’t thank the Ibis hotel staff enough. Thank you again.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially those juice shots and the croissants. The place is handy for the airport, and my room and bathroom were clean, with an overhead shower. My aunt even held her wedding here. I really love this hotel, though the elevators are a little narrow.

Being so close to the airport was convenient, and the buffet had loads of choices. I enjoyed my stay and plan to come back. The reception and bell staff gave me a warm welcome, and Chef Gabriel helped promptly when I ran into an issue. Please pass along my thanks to them.

The pink meeting room made it easy to stay put for breaks, with a screen, water dispenser, and coffee table right there. Mr. Albert Gyimah kept the drinks and snacks available and made sure lunch arrived on time. His service was excellent.
