I stayed here before in 2017 and had better service then. I even recommended improvements at the time, but the service now isn't great. The deluxe room is very spacious, though it needs a little maintenance. Breakfast was another letdown. We were told fried eggs or sausages weren't part of the usual offering, and that we'd have to pay extra for a fried egg. If that was management's decision, they should reconsider. It put me off.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is reasonably close to the airport. The rooms could use an update, perhaps some color, and the TV reception is poor. Still, you get good value for your money.

I went to Accra, Ghana for my first trip in August 2017 and stayed here for two weeks or more. I wanted somewhere with a home-like feel where I could relax and write, and it suited what I needed. It was clean and quiet, and the staff helped me with directions. One tip for travelers: don't bring travelers checks. Cash is king in Ghana.

The staff were excellent and caring, but the continental breakfast was embarrassing: four slices of bread and just one sachet each of brown sugar, milk, and instant coffee. For what I paid, it was overpriced and not worth the money.
