Kislas Luxury Hotel

The hotel has good amenities, sits in a calm environment, and is quite affordable. But the staff's approach to their work was appalling and unprofessional. In the middle of the night, the front desk staff member who checked us in opened our door with a master card, saying she hadn't known anyone was inside. During our three days there, the room was cleaned just once. I raised it with the front desk twice, but nothing changed, and toiletries were provided only once. The amenities are too good for the hotel to be left this way. It needs better management.

For what we paid, the executive room wasn't bad. It was surprisingly spacious for a room that wasn't a family room, and I liked the comfortable bed, working fridge, TV, and extra seating. The bathroom was just okay. Mosquitoes were the main problem. I killed about 15 when we arrived, and with a toddler along, I was glad I checked. We went out to buy mosquito coil because spraying the room would have delayed my little one's bedtime. The coil worked well enough, and mosquitoes didn't disturb our sleep. Breakfast was basic, brought to the room, and there were no choices. For the price, I can't blame them.

I planned to stay for two nights and ended up staying four. I had a peaceful time and really liked the surroundings. The spacious hotel feels luxurious, and I love the furniture style. Good value for money, and definitely somewhere to chillax 😊😊. I’m checking out this morning, but wanted to say that before I leave.

It's clean and peaceful, with polite, helpful staff. The location is handy too, close to a hospital, with places nearby to buy food, and breakfast came on time. The owner stopped by and assured me the repairs would be sorted quickly, and also helped me find a dispatch rider. My one problem was the faulty shower. I think it should've been fixed before the room was given to me. They repaired it after I was already inside, so I waited about 30 minutes before settling in.
