Larbi-Duodu Hotel

There’s free parking and security, and the staff are okay, responding to requests when needed. The AC worked fine and looked new, but the WiFi wasn’t working. The rooms are plain and there’s no room service. For the price, which is quite affordable compared with other places nearby, you get a bed, a room, and some peace of mind. Keep your expectations modest and you probably won’t be disappointed.

I couldn’t stick it out for my Sunday to Thursday stay and had to find another place. The bathroom was never cleaned and smelled of sewage. When I finally asked for the room to be cleaned, they only swept and mopped the bedroom floor. No one had offered to clean it before that. The room was damp, the refrigerator didn’t cool, and there was no hot water. When we raised that, we were told we had to request hot water. The AC ran, but put out scorching fumes. They advertise free WiFi, but I couldn’t get a single station to come through. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I’ll never recommend anyone stay here.

The staff took good care of guests, and it’s a quiet spot when you need somewhere to relax in town. It’s one of the more modern places around. I’d recommend it for an Easter holiday stay.

It’s a decent place to rest, though I don’t have a lot to say about it. Some room features, like the AC, are outdated. The restaurant doesn’t have food available, so you’ll need to order from elsewhere or bring your own. Aside from that, it’s a nice place.
