I stayed six nights. The staff were welcoming, and the meals were tasty with huge portions. The rooms could use more updating, including the bedsheets and towels.

It felt like a home away from home. The staff were accommodating and the service was great. The place is clean, and the location is convenient and safe.

I’m surprised by all the good ratings, because we had a bad experience in several ways. We came expecting a pleasant hotel stay with a pool, but there was a “pool party” and the music was so loud my kids couldn’t get near the water. Check-in took a long time and was tiring. I was also asked for an extra $20 because the dollar price I booked wasn’t available, as they use their own exchange rate. In the end, I got a different room from the one I’d booked, and that room was listed online for over $35 less than what I paid. The room was very basic, with old, uncomfortable furniture. The bathroom was in poor shape and dirty, with hair left behind by other guests.
