Bismarck was the highlight of my week in Accra. As my butler, he kept checking that I was comfortable and handled everything from transportation to last-minute requests and getting my room just right. He seemed to stay a step ahead the whole time, and his service was warm, professional, respectful, and consistent every day. The hotel is lucky to have him. I stayed at Number One Oxford Hotel from November 7th to November 14th, 2025. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well kept, and the service made this one of my best hotel stays. My week was enjoyable and stress-free. I’d book here, and if Bismarck looks after you, you’ll see why. Number One Oxford Hotel has earned a loyal guest, and Bismarck deserves the recognition.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the location was convenient for everything while still feeling peaceful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The staff welcomed us warmly and paid attention to all the details. We had an exceptional stay from beginning to end, and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend it for luxury, comfort, and great service.

It really feels like a royal home away from home. Mr. Badieko seems to have understood exactly what would make the place special: it’s beautifully designed, practical, warm, and so comfortable. I found it about a month ago and stayed from November 26-30, 2025. I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thanks to the whole Belfast team for such a great experience.

The rooms are worth what you pay, and the stay was amazing. The staff were amazing too. I’m not sure if this happened because we booked through an agency, but nobody told us about the holding deposit. We were told the refund would show in our bank account three working days after checkout, which wasn’t as good as the place itself.

The stay got off to a disappointing start at check-in. My spouse and I were told there’d be an extra fee because we hadn’t selected “2 occupants” for the King Room. A King room should obviously fit two people, and they gave us no clear reason for the charge. It felt like an unjustified way to raise the price, when the booking should have been simple.
