Okera Inn

My brother's phone went missing from his bag while we were at the pool yesterday. We tried to get help figuring out who took it, but the receptionist wouldn't call anyone to assist. She was rude and spoke as if she was being forced to talk to us. When I called about it later, she hung up on me, as though I hadn't paid to be there. Very bad customer service. I'll post this review wherever I can and take further action if I don't get a proper response.

The quiet neighborhood made the morning swim especially enjoyable. I was able to relax because of their 24-hour customer service, and the room was clean and well prepared. It was my first night in an inn, so the whole thing felt a little strange at first.

We've stayed at the Okera Hotel for several years whenever we're in Accra. It's clean and quiet, in the best spot in Osu, and the staff are friendly and so helpful. The pool is lovely and kept clean, and they've recently added a delicious breakfast. We feel completely comfortable and safe there, and already look forward to returning. It feels like coming home. Beautiful! I've often wondered about five-star hotel ratings, but now I'm surprised the Okera Hotel gets such poor ones.

I still remember how good it felt to stay in a room with a balcony view. Having blended watermelon with breakfast every morning was another thing I really enjoyed.
