I booked three months ahead for one night after landing in Accra on December 3rd. When I arrived, they said my reservation had been cancelled because “someone was occupying my room.” Seriously? The receptionist was unbelievably rude, the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. I told her I was traveling with a toddler, but she coldly said she couldn't help. They cancelled the booking at 7:33 PM that same day, while I was literally in the air with no internet access. How was I supposed to know? This feels like a scam posing as a guest house. No professionalism, accountability, or empathy. I'd never recommend it to anyone. Avoid this disaster.

The service was excellent 👌🏾. The building looks old, but everything seemed neat and very well maintained. The A/C just wasn't running at full capacity.

The brothers who work here were friendly, pleasant, and always smiling. There are books to read and a terrace where you can relax. I stayed on my own and found it peaceful, restful, and homey, a nice spot for a solo traveller. The toilet in my room needs fixing and there was no hot water, though the TV and air conditioning made for a comfortable rest. I'd recommend it to foreign backpackers and travellers. I hope to see them again when I return to Accra.
