The Signature Apartments

The upper floors have great views, and the building’s height makes them a real feature. At night, all the lighting gives the complex a lively, welcoming feel. The glass exterior looks modern and lets in plenty of daylight, too. It’s a stylish residence with impressive architecture.

The place feels warm and cozy, and the view at night is lovely.

The apartment has hot water, security, and useful amenities nearby, but the safety and service problems made our family stay in Accra disappointing. A glass tabletop that wasn’t secured broke and injured a child. I was left to sweep up the pieces with just a broom, and even after I reported it more than once, glass remained in the apartment for days. The place didn’t feel childproof, and the slow cleanup left an ongoing risk. Follow-up was poor too. A manager laughed while we discussed what happened, demanded payment for the broken glass, and seemed unconcerned until upper management got involved. We also ran into reservation confusion, cleanliness problems, and delays when asking for help. The area is noisy and close to a club, which isn’t ideal for families. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice, but I was charged twice for the same room and night. They said the first payment hadn’t gone through, even though the money was taken from my bank. I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp and have been ignored for a week, despite being told I’d get a refund. If they return the money, I’d have no complaints. For now, I’ll have to contact my bank.
