The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were pleasant, the small lobby was fine, and breakfast over the two days I ate there was modest but okay. It’s close to the airport and Palace Mall. The shower was quite an adventure: the pull button was missing, pulling the screw didn’t work, and the water pressure was very weak. I also couldn’t lock the room from outside. For $40, those things should work, and I hope they fix them soon. At 6 a.m., someone was shouting in the hallway and banging hard on a door. I don’t know what was going on.

The airport and shopping malls are nearby, which is convenient, but there’s very little outdoor space. I stayed for more than two weeks, and the shower stayed broken despite my complaint. The repetitive breakfast was poor, and the attendants were unfriendly. The TV was especially frustrating because it needed activation to get European football channels.

The surroundings are quiet, and you can book even at short notice for competitive rates. The place is tidy and nice. We met a receptionist named Chris, also known as Kweku, who was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered. I’ve only spent two nights here so far, and may add photos and updates later.

The place itself was tidy and fine, but the staff treated me terribly. They were unbelievably rude, and reporting it to the manager brought no apology. Their behavior only got worse. If you decide to visit, be ready for a shock.

I got a lot done during my overnight stay thanks to the Wi-Fi, which let me work on business documents through the night. The facilities were all in great shape, and the receptionist was a friendly guy who was happy to help. Really enjoyed it.
