Turquaz residence has kept up its maintenance consistently, which I really appreciate. The pool has a lovely view and gets cleaned and treated about three or four times a week. I’ve personally seen the pool attendant there several times before going for a swim. I also understand the 30 cedis per person charge for parties in the cafeteria comes with extra costs, including the electricity used during the event and hiring cleaners afterward. Residence cleaners don’t work around the clock, so I think that charge is fair. That’s why I disagree with the recent post by one all. It’s a beautiful, well-managed residence.

The apartment itself was filthy, the AC didn’t work, and there weren’t any cooking utensils. Worst of all, the shower door was smashed, with broken glass still scattered in the bathroom and around its frame. There was no care for safety or comfort. When I raised this with the owner, my guests and I were told to leave, as finance was the only concern. Totally disappointing. The apartments have lovely facilities, including a rooftop pool, pool table and compact gym, but my stay through Accrashortstay was horrific. Avoid renting from Accrashortstay.

I love this place, especially the security, the technical staff available 24/7, and the staff who are always smiling. There’s a cordial way to talk through issues like this, even if you’re upset. Don’t forget, this is the safest residence around.

Customers were left sleeping in the dark for a full two days. Poor management and even worse customer service. This is the worst place to stay, the poorest residence in Ghana. 👹👺🤡👹
