We found the service really good, and it’s a lovely place with everything we needed.

The pool incident, where one of the guests died, was already disturbing, and the rest of the stay was a nightmare. My sheets had stains I couldn't identify, there was no hot water, and amenities were broken. Getting extra towels was a struggle. Roaches were in the kitchen where they served mediocre food, and the whole place needs a major facelift. It looked far less decent than the photos and wasn't at all what I expected. If you're American or used to Western standards, please spare yourself. I’ll never stay here again.

The pool could use lights at night to bring out its beauty, and the road to the entrance needs a lot of work. Still, the place has a great ambience, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My experience was positive.

It's spacious, but the pool really needs critical attention because it isn't very clean. If you swim there anyway, watch out at the deep end so you don't swallow any spirogyra.

I only drove in briefly to meet a guest, so I saw just the outside. It looked quite tired and empty, maybe struggling to attract guests.
