I paid 250 cedis for a room, and the water never came back that night. At check-in the front desk lady was very rude, and gave us a bucket of water to share between two people, saying they were pumping water and it would start flowing by 11 pm. We had to make do with that one bucket all night. I complained the next day and she was rude to me again. This is the worst guest house I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll never recommend it or go back.

It’s a nice, quiet place, but my stay had several problems. There were insects in the room, and I’m not sure how good the security is. Getting my vehicle in and out was difficult. On the day I arrived, there was no water for my partner and me to bathe. I called their attention to it and was told it would be available soon, then waited about 30 minutes before it started flowing. The staff’s relationship with customers isn’t cordial.

Customer service was below average, and there wasn’t any food for sale. I was travelling and needed to stay the night, but I couldn’t sleep comfortably in the air-conditioned room without a duvet. I was nearly freezing, so I checked out the next morning.

The reception was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. My room had dead insects all over and a dusty bed. I had to pay extra to get a better room, and even that was a whole other issue. If I’d read these reviews first, I wouldn’t have wasted my money.
