Nasco Hotel

I attended a meeting in the conference room. The hall was very spacious, though the lighting was poor.

The staff were kind and welcoming, but the sheets were dirty. It seemed like cleaners just straightened the previous guest’s bedding for the next person. Water splashed all over the bathroom, so it wasn’t comfortable to use, and there was no water provided when I arrived. They need to work on these things.

For a budget stay, this is a good deal. The rooms have the basics, including a TV, fridge, wardrobe, bed and blanket, and both the room and bathroom were clean. There’s a water heater too. Breakfast is included, though choices are limited to tea or hot chocolate with bread, fried eggs and baked beans. It’s within walking distance of Koforidua Technical University and other useful places. I recommend it.

The surroundings are pleasant, but the restaurant staff were rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was told the food I wanted was finished, even though they served that same dish to someone else. I’d paid, so being treated like I was begging for food felt disrespectful. Management should take notice and make changes.
