We were impressed by how the staff treated us. They greeted us warmly, helped us settle in, and even had someone accompany us to a place we needed to visit. Everyone was professional, polite, helpful, and left us undisturbed while making sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. The room felt stuffy when we arrived and had no hot water, and the road to the hotel was a bit rough. Apart from those issues, the visit went well. Thanks to the My 5 Hotel’s team for the warm welcome. We’d stay there again when we’re in Kumasi.

It’s in Kumasi, and the route there is easy. Nice hotel, with a shower.
