The peaceful setting and spacious rooms with balconies were already a big plus, but the service stood out most. Emmanuel, Frank, Angela and everyone at the AUD looked after us like family, answered all our questions kindly, and went out of their way with recommendations and help. After we moved to another apartment, we wanted to come straight back, which says a lot. I’d buy a unit here in a heartbeat if they were selling. The customer care was the best I’ve experienced in all my years of traveling, so kudos to the trainers.

The service was the best part. We checked out late, and they let us use a smaller room to store our things and rest before our flight. The apartments themselves were clean, roomy, and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at AUD, and the reception and hospitality were wonderful. My friends were all excited too, and we’ll definitely come back sometime.

It’s so quiet here, which makes it a nice place to rest or get work done. The staff are professional, polite, and always happy to help. The cozy, spacious rooms also have thoughtful details that make them feel homey.
