We had a satisfactory stay through checkout. It's a peaceful place that works for both business and holiday trips. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to satisfy you, and there's a cute pool that I didn't use, plus a playground for kids and good Wi-Fi. The receptionists, restaurant workers, and housekeepers were friendly and approachable. Guests can share complaints to help the place improve. I had one observation, but I'd rather not put it here. I gave it 4.5 stars.

The staff interaction at breakfast was uncomfortable: one woman was shouting at another over her taking food to a room, apparently after doing the same earlier. Customer service felt nonexistent. Breakfast was basic, and although I was glad to see pancakes on day two, they tasted off. The location is great and the room was spacious, but the bathroom had a terrible smell. Cleaning helped a little, yet it still lingered. My TV also didn't work, and it took a long time to fix after I reported it. Do they even check rooms before guests arrive?

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay again. The rooms were very basic and not clean. The A/C worked, though it switched off at random, and they fixed it promptly. We ate at the restaurant twice and waited an hour for a simple lunch, then 1 hour 15 minutes for dinner, fish and fries or kebab and fries. The food was below average for the price and wait. They offered a discount, but it was only symbolic, so I wasn't satisfied.

The rooms are spacious and fair for the price, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Akroma Plaza is a large hotel with lots of amenities, and the grounds are clean.

I stayed in room 125, and the shower was disgusting, with mould all over the booth. For 700gh, I expected better. The toilet and shower facilities need serious attention.
