The owner was so thoughtful, kind, and understanding, and the hospitality felt like a solid 10. I was in Takoradi for an event this weekend and really enjoyed staying at Palena Gardens. It feels like home. I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in Takoradi.

The food was great, and the rooms were clean and well organized. A decent place with respectful staff. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and lovely, a great fit for a birthday weekend. Staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. There was a TV, a fridge, and even a heater in the shower. The building is gorgeous, and even more breathtaking once you step inside. This is the best hotel I’ve ever had the privilege of staying at, and I had a great experience at Palena Garden.

Breakfast comes on time, and the customer service is good. The surroundings are always clean, and the rooms are even better with the AC working 24/7. There’s a TV too, everything is on point. I recommend this cool place to everyone. It deserves more than 5 stars 💫.

A horrible experience. The owner accused me of being a criminal for using the printer in the open lounge, kicked me out of my room, and then pestered me after seeing my low rating. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
